We are now taking names on our waitlist. Mercado a 60 unit Affordable Housing Complex, Now Opened is a centerpiece of Historic Downtown Perris. With Spanish Mediterranean exteriors, spacious 2 and 3 bedrooms floor plans and Energy Star appliances, you will be happy to call Mercado home. In addition to the Energy Star appliances, we also have assigned . Within the neighborhood you can find local landmarks, as well as Mercardo Park, located just across the street.
